When entering this apartment, the glass-walled hall with a sliding door leads us in several directions at once. On the left, there is the entrance to the multipurpose kitchen with a dining room, elegantly followed by the living room separated only by an airy, transparent curtain. The kitchen with a beautiful view has a separate exit to a small balcony as well. To the right from the hall, behind the corridor with storage space and a sky blue bathroom, you get to the privacy of the sleeping room, protected from the morning sun by a black window blind. Optically, the sleeping room is delicately interconnected with the neighbouring glass-walled bathroom. The impressive atmosphere in the bathroom is enhanced by a large, round mirror which, by bottom illumination, evokes the impression of moonlight and, as a never-ending picture, it penetrates the transparent foil on the glass as far as the living room. The equipment of the apartment includes a separate toilet with washbasin, pantry, washing machine situated in a special room together with the gas boiler, dishwasher, electric oven, cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, intercom and WIFI .
The apartment floor is covered with original, newly stained ash and beech parquet.
The combination of materials used in this apartment creates an aura of spring, blue sky, sea, and sand, irrespective of any day or evening lighting. The rising sun lightens the multipurpose kitchen with balcony, while at the close of the day, its rays fall down as far as the transparent bathroom where they mix with the artificial light.
