The residential house V Luhu 16 built in 1935 is located in Prague, the villa area in Nusle, just a few metres from a theatre and the beautiful Jezerka park. The villa is situated near Vyšehrad, the city centre as well as the contemporary "Pankrác business centre".
The three-storey house is surrounded by a garden, closed behind a gate with the motif of fluttering butterflies which seems like opening the world of the newly-emerged restoration. All of the three apartments offered for rent have undergone an atypical, unique design restoration according to the project by the architect Daniela Polubědovová with a sensitive approach to the original features of the building. The apartments differ not only by their size and location in the house (the view, or a balcony), each of them excels in a distinctive design conception, connecting and distinguishing the apartments at the same time, such as by fully equipped, state-of-the-art fitted kitchens, bathrooms with attractive details or storage space. Moreover, the exclusive atmosphere of the individual apartments is emphasized by their colour solution, stemming from how and where the sunlight falls down during the day. This, together with the selected, remarkable materials and lamps, feels like there was a connection with the natural day cycle similar to that in the countryside, for example. And not only on account of that can the restoration be described as very specific and unconventional.
